The purpose of the meeting is to review a revised concept drawing by Terrigenous Landscape Architects for accessibility modifications and improvements to the Community Building; improved traffic flow and parking; and enhanced "gateway" to the Village Green.  This project is funded through an accessibility provision of our Municipal Energy Resilience Program grant.

The Selectboard will also discuss and act on a Resolution to move forward with a Delinquent Tax Sale later this year.  This item was inadvertently omitted from the July 6 meeting

To review multiple schematic options for masterplan developed by Terrigenous Landscape Architects which includes accessibility modification to comply with ADA, improved traffic flow, coherence in area between Bean Hall and Community Building, and retaining "gateway" to Village Green.

The purpose of this meeting is to discuss competitive bids received for a net-metered solar project at the Community Building which will be funded under a grant awarded by the Municipal Energy Resilience Program (MERP).  If necessary, aspects of this discussion may occur in Executive Session as provided for under 1 V.S.A § 313(a) if a quorum of the Selectboard determines that premature public knowledge of its substance would clearly place the Selectboard, or any individuals involved, at a substantial disadvantage.
