Statewide Recognition for West Fairlee's Town Report!

West Fairlee has received a Bronze Medal in the category of towns under 1,000 for our most recent Annual Town Report! While the annual financial report is the only legally required component, most Vermont municipalities use their Town Report to provide a wide range of valuable community information for residents. The Town Report Contest is sponsored and judged by the Vermont League of Cities and Towns, Vermont Regional Planning Commissions, and the Vermont Secretary of State’s Office. Reports were evaluated on presentation, organization, and financial information with bonus points for innovation and enhancements. Special thanks to the MANY local officials, committees and groups who collaborate on producing an informative (and prize-worthy!) Town Report; and to the local photographers who shared their artwork to enhance the cover and interior pages! You can always access the Town Report here on the website Town Report
