The mission of the West Fairlee Energy Coordinators is to support our town's energy efficiency and renewable energy goals,

enhance resilience through local energy resource development, and assist residents in adopting energy-efficient practices and

technologies for their homes and transportation needs. We can help you navigate federal and state programs that reimburse

a large portion of weatherization and efficiency upgrades.

Weatherization & Energy Assistance Workshop

with Efficiency Vermont

Join COVER Home Repair, the Energy Justice Clinic, and other Upper Valley partner organizations to prepare for the upcoming winter. Learn weatherization tips for homeowners and renters, and discover assistance programs to help reduce your energy bills. In addition to COVER Home Repair and the Energy Justice Clinic at Dartmouth, additional partners include LISTEN Community Services, Vital Communities, Twin Pines Housing, Clean Energy NH, Southwestern Community Services, Lebanon Energy Advisory Committee, Sustainable Woodstock, Efficiency Vermont, and the Bugbee Senior Center.

Income-based Subsidies to Update Your Electrical Panel

It is often the case that an old electrical panel must be upgraded to be compatible with new, energy-efficient technologies. Efficiency Vermont offers a program for low-income households to essentially upgrade to a 200-amp panel for free — at up to $10,000 in subsidies.
