Selectboard Special Meeting

For the purpose of reviewing and approving the Conservation Commission's Vermont Outdoor Recreation Economic Collaborative (VOREC) grant proposal and the Listers' Reappraisal Plan for Property Valuation & Review (PVR) both due December 15th; review and sign documents to opt in to the State Hazard Mitigation Buyout Program; and to continue to develop the 2024 Budget.  There will be no other business.

Selectboard Regular Meeting

Note change.  The Selectboard Meeting has been postponed until Tuesday so that members may attend Memorial Services for Fred Cook.  He will be profoundly missed on this board for his dedication to local government, his thoughtfulness and perspective, and his unfailing good humor.

Selectboard Joint Meeting w/ Planning Comm.

The Selectboard will meet in joint session with the Planning Commission and Two Rivers Ottauquechee Regional Planning's Kyle Katz to review a draft update of West Fairlee Flood By-Laws.  We will review the purpose of flood regulations, the role of Town Plan, the West Fairlee Flood Map, and draft Flood and River Corridor Regulations. Selectboard Emergency Meeting

The purpose of the meeting is to bring all members up to speed on damages related to the July 9-10 storm event; and to discuss FEMA-eligible expenses including mitigation during the storm, emergency repair work within the 72-hour window post-storm, and plan for longer-term repairs -- areas secured which will require State Stream Engineer approval, permits. and a procurement (bid) process.

Selectboard Special Meeting

The purpose of the meeting is to approve the Town Meeting Warning and the Selectboard Report prior to submission to the printer.  There will be no other business.  The meeting will adjourn prior to the Community Meeting on ARPA Funds.
